Purpose. This Senior Buyer role is responsible for the Planning and Procurement of goods and services to support manufacturing and other operations. Responsibilities. - You will be working with R&D , Manufacturing and others to organise and support all procurement activities. - Schedule, purchase and expedite Direct and Indirect Materials. - Negotiate with Suppliers. - Identify production outputs necessary for the Master Schedule. - Responsible for the maintenance of the Master Production Schedule ( MPS ) - Issue Production Orders. - Manage Supply Chain. Requirements. - Level 8 Degree. - 5 Years’ of experience in a NPI or Manufacturing environment. - SAP Business One experience necessary. - Excellent Communication Skills. - Experience in a Medical Device manufacturing environment will be a plus. - Knowledge of FDA's QSR and ISO 13485.
