We are recruiting for a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) on behalf of our Client, an exceptional Healthcare provider based in Co Galway. This a well-run nursing home situated in gorgeous Galway countryside, looking for a new CNM - Clinical Nurse manager. This nursing home also has a Memory Care Centre where the best care is provided for residents with Alzheimer's. You should have an interest in Person-Centered Care, Alzheimers & Dementia Care. Related qualifications would be a strong advantage. This job will suit an experienced CNM as well as a Senior Nurse who has experience managing other nurses. The Location: Our Client's Elderly Care Facility is a luxury, purpose built nursing home located in Co Galway, just 20 min drive from Galway city. Salary : 50,000 to 55,000 Euro per year but NEGOTIABLE depending on experience. Start Date: ASAP. Requirements: A degree in Nursing and Registered with the NMBI. 2 years of nursing experience in Ireland, preferably in Elderly Care. Knowledge and experience of HIQA standards and service development. Fluent in English and good communication skills. A Genuine interest in caring for the elderly population. Nurse Management experience. The successful candidate should have nurse management experience in the care of the older Person in Ireland.
