Applications are invited for a Blood Cancer Registrar who will be employed by the National Cancer Registry to support the Blood Cancer Network Ireland (BCNI) project. The post-holder will: establish procedures within hospitals to identify newly diagnosed blood cancer cases; collect and code (using ICD-O coding standards) patient, tumour and treatment-related information in the BCNI designated areas.   Salary: This will be in accordance with Department of Health grade IV: €27,020-€44,330.   The post will be based at University Hospital Galway, travel to other Hospitals in the West, North West & Midlands will also be required from time to time.     Application details/procedure: Applications in the form of a CV (three copies) including the names of at least two referees, plus a covering letter should be posted to: Human Resources Manager.
