Global Web Campaign Lead - Galway. The Web Campaign Marketing Planner will have experience managing cross-channel online digital experiences and digital demand generation programs. This position focuses specifically on enabling paid digital media efforts. This individual is accountable for working across the Campaigns Team and the Experience Marketing team to build and optimize our global website to support and convert paid media traffic. This role will function as the primary point of contact for the Campaign team. This individual will work with Web Leads who manage specific business unit or segment areas to develop and execute content as necessary and leverage campaign content across the site ecosystem. This individual will build upon our reputation of proven success and expand our engagements to deliver increased value. Job Overview: Collaborate with Campaigns Team and Experience Marketing Team to create quarterly plans to support paid digital campaigns. Establish and communicate execution timelines with Campaigns team and agency. Analyse and assess the performance of campaigns, and translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights and recommendations for revising campaign strategy. Work with Web Leads to leverage campaign-related content across entire ecosystem. Work with integrated search (SEO) to provide appropriate inputs to Campaigns Team and agency for campaign development and ongoing optimization. Communicate regularly with campaign stakeholders and prepare reports to help them understand performance – not just the numbers, but what the numbers mean for their business. Stay up-to-date with changing technology and work with UX, Publishing and Development about for how to best leverage the latest technological developments in campaign efforts. Identify opportunities to improve and streamline campaign process with so we can produce better work while improving efficiency. Candidate Overview: Min. Bachelor’s level degree or equivalent working experience. Desired experience of working with Media Agencies. Past experience in any of the areas of web analytics, customer journey, acquisition optimisation tactics. Ability to work underpressure and to deadlines. Good communication skills and ability to work with numerous stakeholders within the organisation. Fluent English. At least five (5) years of experience is required along with a deep passion for using data to improve marketing effectiveness and effective communication skills.
