A HR Manager is required by Careerwise Recruitment to work for our Galway based manufacturing client. THE ROLE: * Responsible for implementing HR Processes. * Lead site HR initiatives that include recruiting and staffing, performance management, employee development and succession planning. * Provide support and advice to employees and management on HR issues. * Develop, conduct and coordinate training programs for all employees. * Develops, maintains and monitors HR policies and procedures. REQUIREMENTS: * 5 years experience in a HR Business Partner or Management role. * Previous experience in a manufacturing environment advantageous. * Degree in Business Management/Human Resource Management or equivalent.
