Our client is currently seeking an strong HR professional with Business level DUTCH to join their team on a 12-month Fixed Term basis in Galway . This is an excellent opportunity for a fluent Dutch speaker to gain invaluable experience with a large MNC. The Job: As HR Information Specialist you will contribute to continuous improvement - working with the HR Service Centre team. You will will retain ownership of assigned cases until closure with the end. The HR Information Specialist will be the person of contact for employees based in the Netherlands and Belgium on a wide range of questions including; legislation, employment terms & HR systems. You will generate letters, contracts, correspondence, forms and other HR related documents. The successful candidate will liaise with employees to explain company HR Policies, benefits and procedures. You will assist with a wide variety of general admin projects, provide technical and skilled clerical support. Must Have's: Fluency in Dutch is essential. We are seeking an individual qualified to degree level in HR or Human Resources Information Systems discipline. 1-3 years HR experience or relevant diploma with 2 years customer experience will be considered.
