Maintenance Technician. Job Overview. Maintenance Technician. Carry out preventative maintenance of machines buildings/ Utilities. Make recommendations for improvement of preventative maintenance. Ensure machines/equipment are maintained correctly. Assist in machine installations. Assist or carry out training as required. Adherence to health and safety procedures. Ensure compliance to documented procedures and cGMP requirements. Maintain and update inventory and maintenance records of all equipment on-site. Trouble shooting and problem solving within the production area in relation to both equipment and processes. Candidate Overview. Qualifications and Experience: HETAC Level 6 / 7 in a relevant technical discipline or Trades Electrical qualification in a relevant technical discipline with a minimum of 5 years applicable experience in a Maintenance technician role. Automation / Extrusion / Moulding/ Hydraulics experience is required. This role requires the person to have good technical capabilities and strong communication skills. Self-starter with demonstrated efficient work methods, analytical & problem solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
