You will be responsible for: • Managing the Kitchen to ensure the entire food production operation for the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently in the absence of the Head Chef. • To create a good working environment in the kitchen while constantly training & motivating the team of Chefs. • To ensure that food quality is to a consistently high standard. • Assist in ensuring profit targets are achieved. • Ensuring that all Heath, Safety and Hygiene regulations are strictly adhered to at all times.
