Our client are a well respected Construction Consultancy currently looking for an Administrator to join them on a permanent basis in Galway. DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO: Provide the first response to incoming telephone calls then screen calls, transfer or take accurate messages. Welcome Clients and guests as they arrive, make sure they sign-in and offer hospitality. Be aware of staff movements and attendance at meetings away from the office. Manage meeting bookings using Outlook. Monitor and order groceries, ensuring kitchen supplies are topped-up. Monitor and order stationery and consumables. Booking travel and accommodation. Administration & Accounts support - Raising POs, processing invoices. Raising/updating jobs in sage, CRM and folders. Attend meetings as requested and, if appropriate, take minutes. SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED: Smart and professional appearance and manner. Methodical, organised and reliable. Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills. Friendly and a natural team player. Excellent communication skills including professional telephone manner. Proficient with Microsoft Office packages, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word.
