Retail Director required to join a very successful business in the West of Ireland. We are looking for a dynamic retail expert to identify, lead and drive strategies and improve ways of working with the central aim of creating a heightened customer experience, whilst also improving processes, sales and efficiencies. Responsibilities will include: Responsibility for profitability targets for the retail business as a whole. Working with senior management to create and communicate company strategies, business priorities and regional targets. Translate strategic goals into retail operational plans to achieve targeted growth in sales. Coach Regional Managers, identify and skills and opportunities for development. Regularly produce and present a range of financial/non-financial reports for the leadership team. Have full P&L accountability for specific area. Applicants must. Have extensive business experience in managing relationships at a senior level and managing a diverse team of people. Must have previously demonstrated the ability to coach, motivate and develop people. Have a good understanding of the principles of marketing and branding.
