The Candidates Requirements: Proven track record from a similar role with emphasis on Food & Beverage. Excellent work history from the 4*/5* hotel sector in Ireland. Strong attention to detail required. Candidates who strive for best practice and compliance in all area's of the service sector. Excellent leadership, communication and motivational skills.
