Dutch Customer Service Representative required for a new shared services company in Galway city. Fluency in either French or German is essential also. Minimum 2 year’s customer service experience preferably within a multinational/shared services environment. Business or other relevant 3rd level qualification desirable. Must be fluent in Dutch with fluency in either German or French. Fluency in English is essential. Multilingual in Dutch, German or French. Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner. Strong system skills preferably Microsoft office.
