Store Manager. Our client, a leading retail brand currently has an opportunity for a talented and passionate Store Managers to join them in several stores across Ireland. My client has a detailed development plan for the right candidates, your first year is mapped out clearly and it allows you to see what is expected and needed to be successful in this role. As a manager, you’ll need plenty of energy, great ideas and a good mix of ambition and character. After all, it’s your personality that sets the tone for the whole store. As you will be responsible for everything that happens with in the store. However, as someone who leads by example you’ll take control when things get busy. It’s all about building helpful, respectful and friendly teams who can do more for customer with less. You will be given intensive training, taking on everything from stacking shelves to making decisions on how a store is run. Then the challenges really kick in as you’re given the keys to your own store, getting to grips with managing your team and a multi-million euro business. My client will give you the toolkit to deliver great results, you have to want to learn and develop the skills you all ready have. If you have a fresh outlook, customer focus and appetite for a fresh challenge matched by the desire to learn and succeed, then this is the opportunity for you. My client offers structured training and will give you the responsibility from day one and help develop your commercial know-how through hands-on operational experience. Main responsibilities: Driving and achieving store targets. Target driven approach to KPI’s. Agreeing daily priorities and overseeing day to day activity. Ensuring the Store delivers exceptional customer service. Delivering exemplary standards in-store presentation, stock control, shrinkage and administration compliance. Training and coaching the store team to enhance their skills and career development. Managing cash office duties. The Ideal Candidate will be/have: An exceptional focus on customer satisfaction. Strong people management skills. A leader, who can inspire team with pace, energy and enthusiasm. A driven, enthusiastic and resilient individual with a proven track record of success in grocery retail management. Strong numerical, organisational and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Natural leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support the development of the whole store team. Ambition to progress career in a growing company. What's on offer: Salary up to €58K -€80,000 +Bonus. Company Car. Pension contributions. 5 weeks paid holidays, plus bank holidays.
