Job title: Senior HR Business Partner Job. Reporting into: HR Manager. Job location: Galway City. This is a permanent opportunity in a busy HR function in Galway. This client is a growing company and there is the opportunity to really make your mark in terms of continuous improvements and initiatives. Manufacturing experience is a huge advantage, if you’re not from a manufacturing environment the role will suit some-one coming from a fast-paced HR role in a global or large corporate environment. About the employer. This opportunity is based within a multi-national Med Device company in Galway city. This employer offers an excellent working environment and has a very good reputation in the region. This employer can also look at the opportunity to work flexibly (on a full time basis) for the right applicant. The ideal candidate. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years HR Business Partnering experience, HR experience within a manufacturing environment would be highly advantageous. Experience of working at a fast pace is also important as this will be a busy role! Degree level education within the HR or related fields is also required. HR Business Partner Job responsibilities. The responsibilities of this role include; being an Employee Champion, building relationships across all functions, promoting a culture of wellbeing, helping to manage the delivery of specific HR projects, strategy, ER support, L&D programmes, Data analytics and supporting recruitment processes.
