Our client is heading for some very exciting times and is currently seeking a Systems Accountant to join their team for a fixed term contract based in Galway . This is a key role for a strong Systems / Project Accountant with previous experience working with financial system interfaces. General duties in the role: * Work with the finance team to define system requirements. * Continuously improve all financial systems and processes. * Manage the continuing configuration of the financial modules of the ERP system and any finance system interfaces. * Liaise with the Manager and system support partners to implement new improvements. * Assist Finance users with system queries. * Lead and support new Finance system related initiatives. This role will suit someone coming from a project based background and who likes to roll up their sleeves so to speak and get involved.
