We are recruiting for a Senior Estimator to work with an established building contractor. The person hired for this role can be based in Galway or Dublin. The role: • Estimating. • Preparation of sub-contractor and supplier enquiries and contract documents. • Liaising with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers. • Liaising with engineering design team members and civil works estimators. • Attending pre and post tender meetings. • Procurement and purchasing. • Sub-contractor tender evaluations. • Assessment of sub-contractor claims and valuations. • Preparation of interim valuations and final accounts of financial reports. • Site visits and meetings. Requirements: • 7 + years’ estimating experience, working with building contractors. • Degree qualified. • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
