Senior Marketing Manager. Key Responsibilities. Develop and deliver an integrated marketing strategy, optimising marketing spend to achieve commercial goals. Own and oversee the execution of a customer-centred campaign calendar and marketing plan, driving traffic to stores and online: Delivery of a cohesive brand and product message across all retail sites, the company website and all communication channels. Design and deliver a new program of marketing support and activities for the retail store estate, driving footfall, sales and conversion. Lead the media planning strategy and delivery across print and radio. Deliver initiatives to raise awareness of the breadth of the company product offer (driving growth in key product categories. Retain high-value current customers and broaden reach to gain new customers. Work with key suppliers to deliver a unique customer experience through product sampling, giveaways and promotional offers. Oversee instore merchandise presentation and ensure all daily retail operations are consistent with brand and marketing strategies. The creation and publication of all marketing materials in line with marketing plans. Design and deliver a strategy to relaunch/realise potential of the company’s Customer Club, driving rich data insights whilst rewarding and retaining loyal customers. Assist with the roadmap for the development of the website, updating systems to appeal to current and future customers. Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends, stay up to date on software, data and consumer trends. Working with management to lead and develop the marketing team, eCommerce Team and Sales teams ensuring key business and brand objectives are delivered. Work cross functionally across the business, enabling the business to meet its commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations. Act as a brand guardian for the company through brand exposure and communications and as an ambassador for the brand with both internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge, Skills & Experience. Educated to at least degree level in Marketing and be proficient operationally in multichannel marketing. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role. A natural influencer with an ability to sell concepts and drive the business forward. Experienced in managing and coaching teams. Working knowledge of digital marketing. Highly proficient marketing techniques. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Experience in a retail environment advantageous. Benefits. Competitive salary. Pension contributions.
