Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful candidate will take ownership for developing and updating social media policies and procedures, identifying best practice, measuring and analysing the effectiveness of campaigns. The Ideal Candidate will: Have experience from a similar role in the hospitality sector. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Be knowledgable of all social medial platforms. The Role: Understand social media analytics platforms. Achieve the maximum return on investment through all online platforms. Understanding of SEO and keywords. Assist in the development of digital marketing strategy, SEO, PPC, Analytics, Website development. Measure and report all digital marketing campaign performances. Creative Writing & Content Generation - to produce persuasive and interesting content to be used across a variety of channels. Manage the daily posting on social media platforms as well as running the company blog. Design and maintain digital marketing content calendars and social media calendar of activities.
