Role: Senior Customer Service Support Specialist. Location: Galway City. Contract: 12 months. You will supervise, mentor and motivate a team of Customer Services Support Specialists with responsibility for ensuring customer’s expectations are met and exceeded. To be considered for this contract, you will need to have a proven record of delivering exceptional customer service, strong analytical skills, and at least 2 years’ experience in process and procedure writing in an ISO regulated environment. Key Responsibilities. Organising the workload for the team and ensuring that the right resources are available to meet business requirements. Work closely with the Customer Service Team Leads facilitating the induction and training of all team members, ensuring that the highest levels of training are delivered and measured. Assist Team Lead in ensuring that all Customer Service KPI’s are met on an on-going basis. Continuously review opportunities to streamline processes and work with the Customer Service Support Team to drive efficiencies and improve our customers experience. Provide on the job training and mentoring to ensure that all CS Specialist competencies are maintained to the highest standard. Act as a key contact for the Commercial Team, driving cross functional collaboration to support operational delivery. You must have: Minimum 2 years’ experience in process and procedure writing in an ISO regulated environment. Third level relevant business qualification or associated discipline. At least 1 years’ experience in dealing with regulatory bodies e.g. MHRA and Legal Manufacturers. Experience in dealing with external vendors and supply contracts. Expert knowledge of Customer Service processes, SAP, Esker, IDOCs, Script writing, CRM and EDI. Expert knowledge of Customer Service KPI’s. Expertise with Agile is desirable.
