Summary. As Project Manager your prime responsibility will be co-ordinating new product launches within the Infectious Disease Business Unit. Responsibilities and Duties. You will Manage & Facilitate Projects and programmes as they deliver change to the organisation at a global and local level. You’ll ensure project team Compliance with applicable company guidelines and documentation requirements. Maintain project management Documentation. You will Train other project participants in methodologies throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll complete Quality reviews, Risk reviews and independent project Health Checks. Liaise with Global Leadership Teams. Liaise with External Suppliers or account managers. You will be responsible for Leading & Motivating the Project Team. You’ll manage the Information Flow between the directing and delivering levels of the project. Establish and manage the Project Controls – monitoring and reporting. Authorise Work Stream Stages in the project. Identify areas for Process Improvement. Create and manage Quality Incidents , CAPA’s, SCARs and Change Orders (NPI, other) on the Agile Document Control System. You will sontribute and provide support to Operational Activity within the Supply Chain whilst contributing to cross functional improvement initiatives. Requirements. Minimum of 3 to 5 Years of Project Management Experience – in a leadership or multi-functional role in a medical diagnostic, clinical study, or similar environment. PRINCE2 Practitioner and/or PMP preferred. Demonstrated proficiency on multiple software applications (MS Word, MS Power Point, MS EXCEL and Microsoft Project. You will need proven abilities in Creativity & Innovation as well as strong Leadership & Organization skill. Ability to travel globally as required (with advance planning. Experience of working with International Stakeholders is essential. Planning , Problem Solving , Negotiation and Facilitation are core competencies necessary for this role.
