Taking responsibility for the kitchen in the head chef’s absence. Making sure food service is the very best it can be. Helping design seasonal, top quality menus. About You: Has experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie. Experience in banqueting or high volume would be a huge bonus.
