Compliance Training Coordinator. Contract type: 12 month contract. Location: In a global company in Galway City. The overall objective of this Training Coordinator Job is to support the business in adhering to its quality and regulatory business objectives. This will be a busy and interesting role for the successful applicant! Job Responsibilities and Duties: Coordinating and implementing the department training strategy. Ensuring compliance and effective implementation of training procedures. Managing new hire Induction forms, training logs and new hire assessments. Ensure all training and product training matrices are up to date. Coordinate and organise new hire induction training. Develop and promote a culture of compliance and continuous improvement at all levels. Ensuring the effective implementation of compliance/product training across the business. Experience and skills needed: To be an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to achieve results through influencing others. Demonstrated ability to maintain positive people relationships with all departments. Positive attitude, team player with a high level of initiative, energy and enthusiasm. Excellent organisation and administration skills, logically minded to navigate data, results orientated to maintain KPI’s and adherence to strict timelines. Education & Experience required: A minimum of 2 year’s admin experience required. Experience working in Medical Devices or a similar regulatory environment would be preferred. An understanding of the training related requirements re Quality Policies and Guidelines. Ability to think innovatively. An ability to diagnose and solve training gaps. Ability to build relationships, promote training, share best practice and solve problems. Experience in Quality Management Systems is preferred.
