Job DescriptionPeter Mark are currently recruiting for a full-time and part-time Receptionist/Salon Coordinator to work in Galway. The Role: You will be responsible for the friendly and efficient operation of the front of house, supervision of the salon team while coordinating the clients visit to the salon. You must be a confident communicator and demonstrate excellent interaction skills to ensure that our clients receive a high standard of service. Our ideal candidate will : Be passionate about delivering excellence in all aspects of the role. Have high standards in relation to being the first point of contact and the first impression of the salon for new and existing clients. Strive to ensure that the clients receives a consistently excellent service during every visit. Be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills with the clients and team alike. Take pride in their appearance and presentation appropriate for Front of House in a salon. Have cash management experience. Be actively involved in achieving and motivating the team on reaching and exceeding salon targets. Have a genuine interest in business goals and the beauty/fashion industry. Demonstrate strong sales skills and an interest in our retail products. Be flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business. Thrive on working under pressure. Be computer literate. Requirements: At least one to two years’ experience in a customer service and cash handling environment with strong supervisory skills are necessary. You must be eligible to work in Ireland.
