Description

Associate Quality Engineer – Customer Complaints. Work within one of the largest diagnostics and medical analytical equipment companies globally in their growing Galway site. This role will take aspects of QMS development and Maintenance and in improving customer care and patient safety. Responsibilities: Investigate quality incidents and customer complaints, completing investigations and CAPAs in a timely manner. Act as SME for international customer queries and complaints. Support the wider quality team by analysing and creating reports on field safety notices. Be the key person of contact between customer service and operations. Demonstrate skill in data analytics and trend analysis. Develop understanding of QMS maintenance and SOPs as to ensure compliance with protocols and processes. Writing up pf Quality Incidents and CAPA’s. Requirements: Must have 1 years’ experience within the medical device industry and have a working knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO13485. Should have awareness of laws and regulations (e.g. CE/ FDA/ PAL. Degree in Engineering or Science.
