The Facilities in Galway employs over 900 people and are looking for an experienced continuous improvement leader to identify and deliver measurable improvements, initially in manufacturing and then the wider business processes. You will act as a change agent in the introduction and sustaining of lean tools, initially across manufacturing. You will provide coaching and mentoring in Lean principles. Engineering or related degree and Lean Six Sigma certification with demonstrated success in your current or previous roles. Proven experience in leading Kaizen workshop events including Line balancing, Standard work etc. Experience delivering lean six sigma training an ability to coach on LSS tools.
