We are currently recruiting experienced Revenue Manager for our Client, a leading Luxury Hotel in the Galway region, ideal candidate will have 2/3 years current 4/5* Hotel Revenue Management expertise. Scope of role: Revenue management and distribution strategy for the hotel, and management of the day to day yield operations, and reservations function. Achieve budgeted rooms segmentation and sales revenues. Maintain Implement robust revenue management operations, procedures and best practices. Identify new revenue opportunities. Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting and forecasting. Optimize and expand distribution partnerships in line with hotels revenue strategy. Act as overall business development consultant for the hotel general manager/owner. Challenge and influence hotel to improve service level and operational standards. Build and maintain strong working relationships with all levels of staff at the hotel. Embed a revenue management culture. Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 2 years revenue management experience in a 4* or 5* Hotel. Expert knowledge of PMS / integrated channel management systems / hotel website booking engines/ 3rd party distribution channels/ GDS. Track record in revenue management success and over-achievement essential. Hotel resort experience preferable but not essential. Revenue focused, target and results driven. Strong commercial awareness with ability to produce budgets / forecasts / reports. Experienced in reservations and revenue functions at both operational and management levels. Experience of effective people management in a team environment. Effective communicator with clients and colleagues, individually and in groups, with the capacity to provide clear written reports and strategies.
