Quality Engineer – Safety Equipment Multinational. Work with a growing safety equipment company who have offices across Ireland and the UK. They are looking for someone to support leadership for product reliability and QMS development. Responsibilities: QMS Activities Maintain, develop and implement best practices for the QMS, ensuring total alignment between various sites. Schedule and oversee auditing onsite, coordinating agency audits and delivering high-levels of compliance for the site. Lead investigation and implement corrective actions from customer compliant investigations or product concerns. Customer Inspection Activities Execute product tests and facilitating FATs prior to shipments. In-House Support Activities Support manufacturing by implementing relevant standards and safety requirements. Similarly support manufacturing by completing NCR and Root Cause analysis investigations. Continuous Improvement Activities Monitor and complete reports on quality assurance KPIs. Provide reports on continuous improvement projects for manufacturing. Requirements: Education & Experience 3rd level qualification in quality engineering or similar STEM discipline. 2 years or more in quality engineering. Strong QMS experience. SAP experience desirable. Skills Should have organizational, communication and project management skills.
