Description

HR Admin/Support: required for a Galway based leading Construction Company. Our client a leading Construction Contractor based in Galway city are seeking to recruit a HR Admin/Support, they are seeking a HR Grad with a min. of 1 - 2 years post Qualification Experience, seeking to commence their career in HR. You will be exposed to all areas HR activity and gain first hand Human Resources experience. The role of HR Admin/Support will involve : Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries. Forming and maintaining employee records. Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave. Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides. Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance. Communicating with external partners. Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken. Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses. The successful candidate will be : Qualified to degree level, in HR management with a min of 1 -2 years administrative experience is essential. You need to be highly organised and able to prioritise is vital, as is having good communicative and relationship building skills, as you will work with various people across the whole business.
