Senior Manufacturing Engineer | Galway City We are recruiting for a permanent Senior ME in Galway City for our client, a leading Medical Device Manufacturing company . This role will involve supporting engineering and manufacturing through the continuous development and improvement of manufacturing processes and supporting day-to-day operations to achieve production goals. Strong people management experience is essential and ideally medical device experience also. Location: Galway City. Pay: 60-62k DOE. Benefits: 10% Annual bonus. Career progression/training. Responsibilities of the job: You will analyse processes, produces, materials or equipment & performance requirements. Surmise and draw conclusions from test results. Troubleshoot new products and processes. You will seek to drive improvements in process design and optimal performance. Promote and participate in a cross-functional teamwork environment. Give technical guidance. Carry out validations. What we would like you to have: You must possess a Level 8 Degree in a Technical Discipline. You must have at least 7+ Years of ME experience. Medical Device industry experience. People Management experience. Risk assessment & problem-solving experience. Troubleshooting experience. Continuous improvement experience. Validation experience.
