Director of Global Quality Operations - Diagnostics. Act as a key part of the global quality operations of this growing and market leading medical diagnostics where you will be a key part of European, Asian and US quality programs. Responsibilities: Act as a key contributor to the development of the quality operations across multiple global sites. Develop and manage Quality strategy and Continuous Improvement programs. Assess Quality activities such as supplier quality, design analysis and material analysis. Manage the global development of the QMS and ensuring cross-compliance between global sites. Assist with global quality audits and deal directly with site leaders on regulatory and quality audits from local notified bodies. Deal closely with upper management and ensure VPs and site leaders are updated on developments in quality strategy. Monitor quality complaints and trending. Work closely with R&D and Site operations. Coordinate with other teams on product development projects. Requirements: Honours degree in engineering or science with 10 years plus in quality leadership. Must have Medical Device Manufacturing experience. Must have proved record with FDA and other regulatory requirements.
