What you need: Bachelor’s Degree – in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics. You must be proficient in Excel/ SQL. Experience with one or more data visualisation tool – Tableau, Power BI, Qlikview. Good working knowledge of Alteryx, R programming and Data Warehousing or similar tools. Ability to apply statistical tools to complaint analysis. Your Role: Working with Business IT for system upgrades / issues. Communication with business on changes. Development and maintenance of data analytic tools. You will source complex data, program / coding of data. Analyse specific data sets. Use Business Intelligence and tools to communicate data. Ensure integrity & security of data is maintained. Ensure internal procedures and external regulatory/legal requirements.
