Looking for an experienced Customer Service Team Lead for a 12 month maternity cover role based in Galway. You will be reponsible for the order management process and lead a small team of CSRs.  Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership, coaching and direction to the Customer Service Aftermarket team Continuously drive process and systems improvements. Ensure all orders received are compliant with corporate policies and procedures. Manage changes to product and systems that impact on order acknowledgement and delivery. Manage urgent request for parts.  Maintain top quartile responsiveness levels to dealers and direct customers. Key requirements: Primary degree preferably in business related discipline. 5 - 7 years business experience. Proven Team Management experience. Experience with Oracle or other similar ERP systems and their impact on the business.
