A well-established, innovative company have permanent positions on offer for Technical Support. As a valued member of the team, you will provide technical support to both internal and external stakeholders for Software and Hardware systems. The successful candidate will have the ability to work on their own initiative and be a good communicator. Key Responsibilities: Investigate customer issues and queries that require a technical understanding of software and hardware systems. Liaise between the R&D team and first-line customer support on issues requiring deep technical knowledge. Provide training to first line customer support team on new features/functions. Work with suppliers to address any technical issues. Communicate and support key stakeholders. Fix bugs. Qualifications/Requirements: Certificate or basic degree in Computer Science, Electronic, Software Systems, or equivalent. Ability to understand and code in multiple languages: JavaScript, Java, C, Python, SQL, C# Strong diagnostic skills. Experience with Linux OS, Mac OS and Windows operating systems.
