Engineering Project Manager. This well established and dynamic company seek an Engineering PM to manage productivity projects for 4 EMEA sites & work with engineering management to drive cost improvement through product design & innovation. You will: Define & work with Eng. Manager to ensure a standardised method of working. Provide clarity regarding projects life cycle/investments/benefits. Set process metric goals to provide improvements in the project lifecycle. Control overall Dashboard status for each site. Create monthly EMEA performance report for leadership. Facilitate brain storming workshops to build pipeline. Mentor & coach project leaders. Escalate issue & manage recommendations to senior mgt. Schedule & lead status review meetings & ensure s/holders involvement. Works with PMO Leader & other PMs both internal & external to continuously improve Processes. Ensure revision of completed projects & drive along with project owner's organisational learning & process improvement. When safe some travel within EMEA will be needed. Essentials are: - A project manager with advanced skills in finance, X-functional awareness, leadership, communication, influence, negotiation, & conflict resolution skills. Degree in Engineering is required & a PMP cert. preferred. A proven track record in Project Management & execution with a strong focus results & ability to lead & deliver key projects. Five to ten years' experience working in a world class-manufacturing environment leading productivity projects. Excellent Salary and benefits are available.
