As Operations Manager you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business, reporting to the company director. REQUIREMENTS: * Excellent communication. * Excellent people management skills. * Excellent delegation skills. * Have an awareness of the dynamics of online retailing of food. * Lean and process improvement skills. * Critical thinking and problem solving.
