An opportunity is available for an experienced recruiter to join one of Sigmar’s largest and busiest teams in Galway . We are looking for a team leader to lead an existing team of recruiters who recruit within the Engineering and Science field . You will be responsible for the existing team performance and for spearheading further team growth. This is a billing leader position so you will be responsible to deliver on your personal target as well as the team target. Responsibilities. Leading a team of high performing recruitment consultants – coaching, developing, training and motivating team members. Growth and development of the division, driving business development and candidate development activities. Providing the vital link between clients and candidates. 360 recruiter duties: candidate sourcing, business development (existing and new clients), candidate screening and support (interviewing, consultation, interview preparation. Achieving core KPIs and sales targets – setting realistic expectations and tracking to achievement. Training in of new team members. Embracing and encouraging internal team collaboration. Ensuring team adherence to internal policies and procedures. Being an ambassador for your team and company at market events and client meetings. Requirements. Strong Academic background – Third level Diploma / Degree. Minimum 4 years’ experience in recruiting (more is always welcome!) Successful track record in leading and developing a team of recruitment consultants. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Confident communicator. Commercially minded with an interest in how businesses work. Results driven with ambition and drive. Performs best under pressure. What's on Offer?
