What You Will Do:  Conduct Training Needs Analysis for groups within Technical Services. Conduct Training Programs to build the knowledge, skills & abilities of employees in line with regulatory standards. Monitor Training programs to ensure effectiveness & seek areas for improvement. Create & maintain a Training KPI system to ensure groups within the division are being compliant at all times. Lead investigations where negative trends have been identified & Coach team members through real-time interventions. Induction & training of new team members. What You Will Need: Third level qualification in medical/science/engineering discipline. Training experience within the medical device industry and/or a clinical setting. Demonstrated success in managing training deployment using Multimodal Learning Strategies.
