In this job you will provide Technical Leadership for the Quality function & for the site. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quality Manager looking to make an impact with a large global Company. What You Will Do: Lead the Quality function and organisation in order to ensureimprovements to overall quality and compliance. Build & Promote a culture of Total Quality Management across the entire business unit. Recruit & Develop team members to support the function. Analyse & monitor trends within the function to predict future requirements by managing the functions budget, employees, procuring equipment. Ensure that the Quality Management System meets all regulatory requirements and that these requirements are consistently implemented and maintained. Review and approve CAPA actions in conjunction with Quality Systems. Act as representative on the site management team in the development, leadership and management of the site. Collaborate with cross functional teams to provide guidance and resources for continuous improvement. What You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science related field. Minimum 10 years of quality management experience or equivalent in the medical device industry and/or FDA regulated environment. Must have experience in people leadership role (at least 3 to 5 years.
