Looking for a Part-time Administrator to work either mornings or afternoons for a role based in Galway.  In this role you will be providing administration  support to  site crews in Galway and Clare. Key responsibilities: Assisting the Construction Manager with creating and generating reports. Assisting site crews with ordering of plant/material/equipment for Jobs. Raising PO’s for jobs and issuing approved PO numbers to suppliers. Liaising with the Accounts department. Ensuring site and job records are uploaded to electronic site folders and project database  Weekly review with others to ensure accuracy of records, identify any gaps and support the Construction Manager with reports to ensure records are accurate and up to date at all times. Assist site crews in the preparation/return of site-specific documentation. Assist Construction Manager with tracking of job specific information on a daily basis. Ensure information and documentation for planned jobs is available to site crews. Key requirements: Minimum Leaving cert level/ Secretarial Course. 10 years’ experience. Project management experience an advantage. Excellent on MS Office specifically Excel & Word. Work on own initiative and take ownership of tasks. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organisational skills and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and presentation of information clearly and accurately.
