Commercial & Finance Manager. Our client, a major organisation in the tourism & travel sector, both here in Ireland & internationally, are now looking to hire an experienced Commercial & Finance Manager to lead their commercial operations team. The Job : The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide remit across financial, commercial & project management functions within the organisation & will act as a key part of the overall leadership team driving corporate strategy & growth. You will focus more specifically on duties such as financial & budget/profitability planning (including capital projects), analyse income trends & review customer/supplier agreements, lead internal & external audit processes, liaise with external stakeholders & executive team members & deliver on IT infrastructure projects. In addition to these duties you will also lead/mentor a team of 4 direct reports & provide operational support & guidance to diverse business units to drive commercial growth. Your Skills/Experience that we need : 3rd level degree qualified in business studies or related discpline. 5+ years commercial/operations managment experience including peoplemanagement. Proven project managment experience. Strong financial knowledge & budget planning experience. Although not required, additional qualifications in accounts/finance would be an advantage. The Offer : This role is a permanent position with starting salary depending on skills/experience but expected to be approx. 55-65k & with significant room for further career growth & development.
