Job Opportunities: Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist Jobs. Locations: Galway City  Industry: Medical Device, IT and Construction  Work from home/hybrid: These TA jobs can be hybrid or office based. I am working with two Medical Device companies, an IT company and a Construction company who are seeking experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists.  TA applicants must have 3 years + experience in: Building strong relationships with Hiring Managers to ensure a full understanding of their role requirements. Coaching Hiring Managers (being able to push back if required!) and coordination the selection process. Developing and implementing recruiting strategies to attract the best qualified candidates. Conduct competency based interviews. Trouble-shoot problems that arise in connection with the recruiting and hiring process. Work closely with external agencies and suppliers.   Qualifications and skills needed for these Talent Acquisition Jobs: HR qualification or similar. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Strong relationship building and team collaboration skills. Strong influencing skills. Strong PC skills. Confidence in working with Hiring Managers at varying levels throughout an organisation. Agency and in-house recruitment experience would be highly advantageous however we can consider applicants with agency only experience.
