We are currently recruiting an experienced Bar Manager for a busy 4* Hotel in Galway - this is a. fulltime, permanent role. Successful candidate will have 3+ years Hotel Bar-Beverage Management experience in excellent quality 4/5* properties, or a high profile Restauant/Club. You will have managed in a busy environment ideally in a busy Leisure - Resort Hotel with quality Food and Beverage and Events Business. This property enjoys a beautiful setting and location and is highly regarded destination. Your main role will be to manage daily Bar Operations, taking responsibility for Food and Beverage service standards, cocktails, Wines, special Events including Weddings and Functions, guest relations, purchasing, cost management, staff training and development etc reporting directly to the Hotel Manager.
