This company put people are the heart of everything they do and are expanding their site daily with new people! About your new job: This is a 12-month FTC role. As the R&D, you will be responsible for some of the following: Compile, analyse, and report operational, test, and research data to establish performance standards for products. Undergo project work in the sustaining engineering department. Complete engineering documentation. Ensure proposed changes are effective and efficient. Coordinate standard engineering tests and experiments. Create concepts and designs for new products and processes. Provide technical guidance within the team. Summarize and analyse test results. Reduce product costs through design improvements. What skills you need:  Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline . 4+ years R&D engineer experience. Prior experience within a regulated environment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Team orientated with excellent communication and cross collaboration.
