About Your New Job: You will recruit for professional technical positions, liaising with hiring managers on a regular basis and building relationships with your stakeholders. Proactively source and pipeline candidates for open and future roles using standard and creative techniques. Creatively advertise jobs and develop the company brand. Build excellent candidate relationships and ensure quality of service and candidate experience. Supply leaders and hiring managers with market insights and data in order to improve and develop processes and market knowledge. Interview potential candidates using the competency based interview technique. Manage candidates through the entire recruitment process ensuring a superior candidate experience. What Skills You Need    3-4 years+ experience in a recruitment agency or in-house position. Experience with candidate sourcing and interviewing. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills  Organisational and prioritisation skills. Innovation - able to think outside of the box and come up with new ideas when it comes to talent attraction and sourcing.
