Financial Controller. Are you a qualified Accountant, ideally with FC or FM experience from the software or global services sector whos now looking for a new challenge? Our client, a small but highly successful & dynamic US global software & technology services multinational are now expanding their finance team globally & have engaged exclusively with Cpl to recruit a Financial Controller in Shannon to support this planned growth. The Job : As the Financial Controller, your will report directly to the Group CFO & will lead the financial function for 14 global subsidiaries as well as handling the core financials & monthly close processes. You will also handle balance sheet reconciliations, prepare annual budgets, analyse actual commercial performance against expected, lead projects & audit processes & deliver on complex reporting & KPI analysis duties to group management teams. Your Skills/Experience that we need : 3rd level degree qualified ideally. Qualified accountant with at least 3-4+ years PQE experience ideally gained in the software, technology or global services sector. Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications. Strong analytical, organisational & communications skills. Experience in leading/motivating a small accounts/finance team would be a significant advantage. The Offer : This position is being offered on a permanent basis with salary depending on skills/experience but expected to be 55-65k approx. + benefits with excellent further career growth prospects on offer. **Please note this role will be a hybrid mix of work from home/remote & in-office permanently so could suit candidates outside of the immediate Shannon/mid-west region.
