They produce a range of medical devices and have a strong emphasis on R&D. About Your New Job. Manage, lead and develop an engineering team including project and facilities managers. Take the lead on delivering major projects such as new product transfers, acquisitions, process improvements and automation projects. Develop and deliver capital plans and budgets. What Skills You Need. Bachelor’s degree in engineering with at least five years’ experience in a Senior Engineering Management role. In depth knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and Lean Manufacturing. Good leadership skills with experience in change management.
