In this role you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients with a range of software related projects. Serve as the main point of contact for all client client relation matters. Establish new and long-lasting client relationships with new leads. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of each client deliverable according to each project need and objective. Be the primary point of contact for our new clients and work collaboratively to create success stories, testimonials, and measurable ROI. Craft creative, client-centric content, and other collateral to support client success. Maintain data on company CRM tool and third-party management software where applicable. Clearly communicate project progress using internal processes to internal and external stakeholders. Establish new business with existing clients where applicable. Prepare ongoing reports on project and account status. Key Skills: Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or similar position. Must have and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, etc) and Microsoft Office. Ability to analyse and use data to inform and make decisions. Experience delivering client-focused expectations and solutions to client needs. Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Excellent listening, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Must have an interest in mobile software ideally with industry experience in account management and/or sales. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
