LIGHT AND HEAVY CIVIL WORKERS – Galway. About Your New Employer    Our client is one of Ireland’s leading network service providers. Our client offers a long-term, permanent contract. 5+ years of work available in a progressive environment for the right person.   About Your New Job    Light and heavy civils crews are urgently required in Louth and Dublin. You will be required to perform excavations, repairs and reinstatement’s, installation of ducting, chambers and street cabinets and the installation of cable on telecoms infrastructure. You will be responsible for the plant assigned with duties. As a light civils worker you will be locating and clearing blockages in various surface types such as verge, footway and carriageway and reinstate to Purple Books / Local Authority standard ensuring all information / pictures are captured on company supplied assets. As a heavy civil worker , you will be Box / Chamber building and carrying out open cut trenching and installation of new duct and associated equipment in all surface types, verge, footway and carriageway (public and private.   What Skills You Need    A BE driving license is a minimum requirement. A CE driving license is a huge advantage. All applicants must have a 3-day first aid course, abrasive wheels, safepass and manual handling. LUGS and SLG tickets are desirable. 360 ticket is desirable.
