We are currently recruiting an experienced GastroBar and Restaurant Manager for a 4* Hotel in Galway. The role will require the effective and efficient management of all Bar Food and Beverage business and coordinating all day to day activities in the Hotel during your shift. Restaurant is open daily for Breakfast, all day dining, Dinner and special Events. Requirements. · Experience in managing busy Bar Outlets, Room service, Events. · Candidates need experience managing Restaurant. Brasserie. Private Dining. · Front of House experience required to offer colleagues assistance in this area. · Must display effective leadership and team management abilities. · Reliable, committed, motivated and above all professional person. · A positive attitude, a “can do” approach, friendly and outgoing personality. · Duty Management experience required, ideally in a 4* Hotel in Ireland. · Work Permit is not available for this role, full legal status to work in Ireland is required. · Fluent English and excellent IT skills required. Responsibilities. · Manage daily operations and coordinating all areas of the hotel. · Lead and guide the team as required during service periods / Duty shift. · Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene prevail. · Observe all shift and opening / closing procedures adhering to all Company guidelines. · Provide leadership and facilitate a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all.
