Principal Solutions Architect - County Galway. The Role. We are looking for Architects to own and architect the Product/Solution designs of Camera, Compute Unit, Software and Functions at ecosystem level for customer RFI/RFQ's and next generation technologies. The main missions are to ensure: • Overall product/solution coherency with customer RFQ's, mid/long term strategies and market demands. • A robust architectural runway - Architectural Vision and Roadmaps. • Support technology/innovation watch. • Technology and market intelligence transfer to the internal stakeholders. • Define and design the product/solution architectures for customer RFI/RFQ's, next generation technology trends and vehicle architectures. Your challenges in this role: • Vision products and video/data pipelines. • High performance SoC's and MCU's architectures and related solutions. • Chip technologies such as SoC, MCU, Memory, SerDes, Ethernet etc. • Software and framework - e.g BSP, Hypervisor, OS, Middleware, APIs etc. • Function mapping such as visualization, recording, computer vision etc. • Product requirements elicitation, translation into product/solution architecture documentations and associated presentations. • Close customer and supplier engagements. Interested applicants should have: • Degree in Electronics, Computer, Software Engineering or equivalent. • At least 10 years’ experience in embedded product development. • At least 5 years' experience as a System, Hardware or Software Architect. • Ideally automotive ADAS/IVI industry experience.
